Tennessee Aquarium provides an unforgettable learning experience
for children at all grade levels. Not only does the Aquarium
exceed the science standards for Tennessee, |
Georgia and
Alabama; we are also accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges
and Schools (SACS) as a supplementary education school. To learn
more about our educational excellence and how we meet required science
standards, choose one of the following:
RESERVATIONS
& RATES:
Let us help
you prepare for your Aquarium visit, reserve your tickets, take
advantage of our classrooms and free educational programs, see
an IMAX movie and have the best time possible.
SCHOOL
GROUPS:
School groups are entitled to a free educational program with
a paid admission to the Aquarium. Choose the appropriate grade
level to view available programs and make an online reservation.
IMAX
EDUCATOR GUIDES:
For an additional
learning experience or just a special treat, purchase a combo
ticket and see one of our exciting IMAX movies. Take advantage
of film specific educators guides that
contain classroom activities you can participate in before or
after seeing the film.
AQUAQUEST:
Turn your
students’ visit to the Aquarium into a scavenger hunt –
have them complete an AquaQuest. Not
only will you enhance their learning experience, but they’ll
have fun discovering all the answers. Choose the appropriate
grade level below to print a copy for your students.

This guide is designed to help prepare your class for their fieldtrip or to lead
your group as they explore the exhibits in the Aquarium.
